more than= addition
product= multiply

n= a number

3n + 2= 4n
subtract 3n from both sides

2= n


CHECK:
3n + 2= 4n
3(2) + 2= 4(2)
6 + 2= 8
8= 8


ANSWER: Equation: 3n + 2= 4n; Solution: n= 2
