I believe the first bag is $5.03 per pound and the second bag is $4.86 per pound so the second bag is the better deal. Good luck!

so what you want to do is take the price and divide it by the pounds.

11.98/2.38 = $5.03 per pound

19.49/4.01 = $4.86 per pound

the better buy is the 4.86 per pound
