if u doubled both the voltge and the resistance in a circuit what would be the effect on the current

Ohms law is V = IR

from this we can rearrange so that I or current is the subject

I = V/R

so if both V and R are doubled, we can represent it as such 

I = 2V/2R

The 2s will cancel out hence they effect on the current is nil
