Expected winnings are earnings minus cost

Earnings:

9* 1/6 + 0 * 1/6 + 0*1/6 + 0*1/6 + 0 * 1/6 + 9 * 1/6

9/6+9/6 = 18/6 = 3

Winnings:

earnings - cost =3-3 = 0
