Total number of outcomes= 100-999 = 900 outcomes

lowest perfect square= 100

highest perfect square = √1000 ≈ 31.5

                                      = 31^2 = 961

So; No of perfect squares= 10-31 = 22

So; probability of getting a perfect square= 22/900 = 11/450
