A: y - x - 3 = 0

B: y=3x
C: y = x + 3
D: y - 2 = x + 3

Standard form is ax + by = c.

To change y+2 = 3(x-2) into that form, do:

y+2-2 = 3x -6 -2

-3x + y =  -8

Which is not in the list, so none of the answers are right...
