Neutron has no charge(neutral/0)
Proton has a positive charge (+1)
Electron has a negative charge (-1)

There are 3 sub-atomic particles in an atom:

1)Neutron has no charge i.e. it is electrically neutral.

2)Proton has a positive charge i.e. it is positively charged.

3)Electron has a negative charge i.e. it is negatively charged.
