how did the ice age people speak​

Language developed over time, during the ice age, people spoke slurs and half of what would sound like Vietnamese. English was developed many years later. (I'm not the greatest but I hope that helped in the slightest).

They speaked a language that was very limited and was still develop to speak in simple terms.
