Paul has a total of 7 crayons. Steven has 9 times as many crayons as Paul. how many crayons does Steven have ?

Steven has 63 crayons because since he has 9 times as more as Paul... you multiply 9 by 7 and get 63 :)

Steven has 63 crayons. Because Steven has 9 times as many crayons that Paul has (which is 7), you multiply 9*7.
