The volume of a cylinder is given by the product of its base area (i.e. the area of a circle) and its height:

[tex]V = \pi r^2\cdot h[/tex]

Solving for r, we have

[tex]r=\sqrt{\dfrac{V}{h\pi}}[/tex]

Plugging the numbers, we have

[tex]r=\sqrt{\dfrac{163}{4\pi}} \approx 3.6[/tex]
