The Fertile Crescent is not exactly located in one area. It is near important rivers in certain areas. The Fertile Crescent stretches from the Nile River in Egypt, and can go all the way to the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers in Modern Day Iraq. It also harbors past countries such as Israel, Syria, Lebanon, and Jordan. So it really has not one certain area. I hope this helps!
