The formula for the area of a triangle is:

A=1/2*b*h

b=5m

A=20m

If we know both the area and the base of the triangle, we can solve for the height...

A=1/2*b*h

20=1/2*5*h

20=2.5*h

divide both sides by 2.5

8m=h

The height of the triangle is 8m
