we know each portion of the circle is 1/3. so chance of getting a,b, or c is 1/3.
But when you want the probability of more than thing, you have to multiply the probabilities. since each portion is 1/3, multiply 1/3*1/3*1/3, or 1/3 cubed. 3*3=9*3=27. there u go. the answer is C, 1/27.
