Is DNA in all our foods why or why not?

DNA is not in all our food because DNA is used in organisms. For example an organge has DNA because it comes from a tree which is alive a Has organisms so it can stay alive. Meanwhile a chocolate doesn’t have DNA because it’s a man made food
