The answer is letter B. It's $63.75. To get the sale price you must multiply 15% (in decimal form) to 75. It will look like 0.15 x 75. Afterwards, subtract your answer from 75. It will look like 75-11.25=63.75. This is how you get the answer $63.75. It's the sale price of the cellphone.
