Answer:

(-6)(-3) + (-6)(3) = (-6)[(-3) + 3]

Since -3 is the additive inverse of 3,

(-6)(-3) + (-6)(3) = (-6)(0)

Right hand side goes to 0

(-6)(-3) + (-6)(3) = 0

(-6)(-3) = -(-6)(3)

(-6)(-3) = (6)(3)

(-6)(-3) = +18
