Eukaryotes have organelles that are bound to membranes, and can have one or more cells. Examples include fungi, insects and humans. Prokaryotes have zero nuclei and do not have any organelles that are bound to membranes. Positive and negative grams in testing have many differences. For example, positive grams hold in stains, have no outer membrane, and a smooth cell wall. Negative grams do not hold color, have more fat in the wall, and there are 4 rings on the basal body of the flagellum.
