I am not sure what to answer because you are a little unclear, but from what I can see, that means that there would be 14 normal card, and 2 marked cards. I am not sure what you are trying to find, but I am going to assume that you  are trying to find the probability of chossing the marked cards. If you are trying to find the prob. of pulling just one of the cards, then it would be 2/14, or 1/7. If you are seeking the probability of getting both cards, without replacement, then I dont know.
