first you must find out how much you would get off of the original price with the discount. to do this you multiply 119 by .40 (the decimal form of the percentage) to get 47.6. 
now you subtract 47.6 from 119 to see the final price, which is 71.4. so the final price of the coat would be $71.40. i hope this helps you out! ♥
