glucose is the form of which our body can digest. so all your carbs, once it gets into your tummy, they will be broken down into glucose so that your body can absorb and utilize

glycogen is stored glucose ( the glucose remained and stored as a fuel energy and it's will be converted back into glucose and used up when it's needed)
