Answer: y=(2/3)x-1

We know that the slope is 2/3, so we have our m value. Now we have to find the intercept value by “plugging in” an x value, like -3. When you multiply -3 by 2/3, you end up with -2. To get to -3, you must subtract 1. This means -1 is your intercept value.

Therefore the answer is y=(2/3)x-1
