0.67 Amps

Explanation:

As was pointed out in the comments, the fuse on this ammeter is likely to blow resulting in an error readout of 0.  To measure current, you measure in-line not across.  With that being said, let's assume that we are looking for the current of the circuit.  We can apply Ohm's law to find this value:

V = IR

V / R = I

I = V / R

I = 2V / 3Ω

I = 0.67 A

Assuming we had a very good ammeter and place it inline with the circuit, then we can say the reading will be 0.67A.
