A pipe is leaking at 1.5 cups per day. About how many gallons per week is the pipe leaking?

If it is leaking 1.5 cups per day, then it will leak 10.5 cups per week (7 days in a week)

16 cups go into one gallon. Since we have 10.5 cups in a week, we divide it by 16 to get how many gallons. 

In this case, we get .65625 gallons per week.
