x intercept: when y is zero
y intercept: when z is zero
So...

3/5(0) + 1/2y=30
1/2y=30
multiply by 2 (both sides)
y=60

3/5x + 1/2(0)=30
3/5x=30
multiply by 5/3 (both sides)
x=18

x-intercept: (18,0)
y intercept: (0,60)
