depends what you mean. do you mean a soap bar, foam soap, or liquid soap. liquid soap feels like glue kind of but with water. foam soap is this foamy texture but not as foamy as shaving cream or mousse. a soap bar is weird texture that disintegrates in your hands under the water. what is this question btw.
