y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y intercept

y=-9x+5 so the slope is -9 for lines to be perpendicular

m1(m2)=-1 so the line q will have a slope -9m=-1, m=1/9 so

q=x/9+b, using point (-9,2) we can solve for b

2=-9/9+b

2=-1+b

b=3 so

q=x/9+3, or more neatly

q=(x+27)/9
