2/3)^x = 9/4:Just look at this and you can see that the reciprocal of 2/3 squared = 9/4;(3/2)^2 = 9/4, therefore x = -2:You can do it using logs and the log equiv of exponents:x*log(2/3) = log(9/4)
Use a calc to find the logs of (2/3) and (9/4)-.176091x = .3528125:x = .3528125/-.176091:x = -2.00:Did this help?
