4/5 to 3/5 find the percent of change. Round to the nearest tenth of a percent if neccessary

The percent of change is 25%. Since there is 4 parts is 4/5 and you take one to make 3/5/ Your basically taking 25% or 1/4th on the original thus making it a 25 percent change....
