No  the documents can not be sent out as fast as they are scanned

Explanation:

The documents can not be sent out as fast as they are scanned simply  because, the scanner produces data at a rate of 1MB/s which is obviously faster than the the maximum transmission rate of the wireless network .

Also the wireless network may never reach its max transmission rate because of the loss of data that might occur in a wireless network system.
