Straight away you can exclude first because slope here +4. And consider remaining three answers.  

Next step is to calculate y if x = 8 (from point (8,-7))
2) y=-4 *8-25 = -32-25  - it's not -7
3) y=-4*8+25 = -32+25 = -7 - huray! 

Answer: y = -4x + 25
