The LCD: x(x + 5)
Now set them all denominator of x(x+5)
6(x+5)/(x(x+5)) = x/(x+5) - (x+4)/(x(x+5))
Since you’re solving, you can get rid of the denominator
6(x+5) = x - x + 4
6x + 30 = 4
6x = -26, x = -26/6
