m(x) * n(x)
= (−2x^2 + 8x−3) * (2x^3−4x)
= -4x^5 + 8x^4 + 16x^3 - 32 x^3 - 6x^2 + 12x
= -4x^5 + 8x^4 - 16x^3 - 6x^2 + 12x
