The environmental issues could be the conflict between the two families and how they treat each other. Also it could be at the beginning when Tybolt and Benvolio fight in the middle of the neighbour hood and the prince comes and warns them if they do it again there shall be a consequence, this would be an environmental issue as the people living around and passing by whilst they are fighting would being to become fearful and insecure.
