This is more of an opinion. Prejudice in an individual may lead to institutional racism because that person's nature, way of thinking, or character may reflect their acts and everyday life. Consequently, sometimes, others may follow in this act creating a more large group of "racists" per se. This also may grow larger and start to develop into a more serious matter.
