4x - 7 = -3(3 + 4x)
4x - 7 = 0.5 (3 + 8x)
4x - 7 = 0.5 (-14 + 8x)
-12x - 7 = -3(3 + 4x)

Your answer would be 4x-7=-3(3+4x) because it only has one solution which is x= -1/8
