Daisy and Tom are both focused on their wealth and status in Life. In fact, Daisy married Tom because of his money and Tom provided her everything she needs and wants. Tom believe that Daisy turned her back to Gatsby and choose him. They went to a far place with no address, living Gatsby dying.
