Do you think the court-stacking tactic bears a resemblance to gerrymandering? why or why not?

No. Gerrymandering is used for personal gain by stacking something in your favor by placing your own rules. 

Court stacking is legal and just because you care about the country and feel your opinion is right, why should you not put someone in the court that has the same opinions? 

I see where they can be seen as similar, but choosing someone on they views and dividing a district on their views are different.
