-2y^2 - y + 15 is the answer because -2y x y is -2y^2 and -2y x 3 is -6x and 5 x y is 5y and 5 x 3 is 15. So you get -2y^2 - 6x + 5y + 15 which simplifies out to -2y^2 - y + 15 which is your answer.
