The pressure is proportional to the ABSOLUTE temperature. If the ABSOLUTE temperature increases by a factor of 4, the pressure will too ... to 4p. The ABSOLUTE temperature is the number of degrees above Absolute Zero. So for example, if the gas started out at, say 100 CELSIUS, you'd have to heat it to 1219 Celsius, because Zero Celsius is 273 Kelvin (absolute).
