In order to find the frequency of the function f(x) = -5sin(x/3) - 1, we need to look at the coefficient in front of the x inside the sine function. The frequency is determined by the number that x is divided by inside the sine function. In this case, x is divided by 3, so the frequency is 1/3. That's how we can find the frequency of the function!
