First draw:  KING.  Probablity:  4/52 = 1/13  (because there are 4 kings of 52 carads)

Second draw: KING.  Probablity: 3/51 = 1/17  (because after he chose a king, there remain 3 kings of 51 cards)

P(A) = 1/13 * 1/17 = 1/221
