If perimeter is 60 so the side is 60 ÷ 3 = 20

Now we can apply the area formula for triangles;

[tex]A=\frac{1}{2}.b.h\\ \\ A=\frac{1}{2}.20.17.3=10.17.3=173 \ cm^2[/tex]
