    4x - 3y = -7
    4x +  y = -3
          -4y = -4
           -4     -4
             y = 1
    4x - 3y = -7
 4x - 3(1) = -7
     4x - 3 = -7
         + 3  + 3
          4x = -4
           4      4
            x = -1
     (x, y) = (-1, 1)
