If it is towards animals, yes. The animal population has been decreasing lately due to the increase in the human population and more. Humans are invading animal territories such as forests, oceans, and mountains. Many humans go hunting. That means killing animals, therefore causing a decrease in the animal population. Everywhere on earth is filled with people.
