The radius of a circle is just half the diameter. So to find the radius from the diameter, just divide the diameter by 2:

[tex] radius=\frac{diameter}{2} = \frac{5 \text{ mm}}{2} =2.5 \text{ mm}[/tex]

That's the radius.
