Scale factor: 5
For the center of enlargement, it's hard to do it without a ruler. Use that ruler icon on the left of your screen to help you figure it out. Connect the corresponding corners of the 2 figures. Hope you can do it.

Edit: Actually, try (13, -12). I used my own ruler haha.
